• Develop, discuss and take responsibility for solution designs
• Product development based on latest technologies
• Development of microservices with Jakarta EE and Quarkus
• Project work: IT consulting, system integration
• Acquisition of expertise in the insurance IT industry

• Completed bachelor's and master's degree programs in Computer Science, Management Information System, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in JAVA EE / JAKARTA EE (JPA, CDI, EJB, JAX-RS) - Having knowledge of Quarkus is a plus
• Experience in REST architectures and microservices
• Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, SQL)
• Experience with different open-source frameworks, testing and DevOps tools
• Ideally: Basic knowledge of BPMN (Camunda BPM)
• Code Quality awareness and familiarity with the Tech-Stack of Adam Bien
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript (ES6/7)
• High motivation, proactivity & detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills (EN)
• Perfect internet connection (video chats must be always possible / without this it's not possible to work in our agile team)
