Here's what awaits you
- You support our finance team in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth commercial processes
- You handle invoicing for our client projects and ensure all services are correctly recorded and billed
- You keep track of incoming payments, support dunning processes, and clarify open items
- You work closely with our tax office and prepare documents for monthly and annual financial statements
- You take on report analyses and help present our figures transparently
- You contribute to optimizing and structuring our finance processes
This is what sets you apart
- You have completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax clerk, industrial clerk, or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
- You work in a structured, reliable, and careful way, especially when handling numbers
- You are confident using Excel and common Office tools
- You have a good understanding of commercial concepts and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics
- You handle sensitive data responsibly
- You have very good German and good English skills
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working as part of a team
